These Terms of Service describe how bookings, payments, cancellations and event media work when you rent a photo booth from The Social Booth Co.

All bookings begin as a request and are confirmed by The Social Booth Co. based on date availability. Selecting a booth, package, or add-on and submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. Once we confirm availability, a deposit secures your date.
A 20% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made by the methods offered at checkout or on your invoice. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Cancellations made at least 3 weeks (21 days) before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within that 21-day window are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a new date.
A full-service Build Your Own Photo Booth Experience includes 3 hours of service, with additional time available at $125 for 1 hour, $200 for 2, or $275 for 3. Optional add-ons are priced individually at the time of booking. AI Portraits include 100 portraits; additional portraits are billed at $100 per additional 100 if you choose to keep the experience going. The Custom Keychain Station includes up to 100 keychains; additional keychains are billed at $3 each, based on the number produced. The Pick-Up Selfie Booth is a same-day rental: you pick it up and return it the same day. The Lumia Digital Drop-Off is delivered, set up, and picked up by our team for 12 hours of use.
Delivery, setup and pickup are included at no extra charge with every full-service package, the Unattended Print Booth, and the Lumia Digital Drop-Off. The Pick-Up Selfie Booth is customer pick-up and return and does not include delivery or setup. A standard electrical outlet within 25 feet of the setup area is required for all delivered booths. For unattended rentals, our team is not on-site. If equipment stops working, contact us at (702) 907-8842 and we'll help remotely or return when possible.
A $75 venue fee applies to events on the Las Vegas Strip, downtown, at casinos and at the Convention Center. This fee applies to the Unattended Print Booth, staffed packages and the Lumia Digital Drop-Off. It does not apply to the Pick-Up Selfie Booth.
Photos, GIFs, videos and other media captured in our booths may be shared digitally with event guests and, unless you request otherwise, may be featured in our marketing materials and social media. To opt out of promotional use of your event media, contact us and we will honor that request.
You agree to provide accurate event details, a safe and accessible setup area, and reasonable access to power. For customer pick-up rentals, you are responsible for the safekeeping and timely return of the equipment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
